🚀 Commissioning of our Falcon L40: a new step toward advanced resource recovery

Europe must rapidly scale its mineral processing capacity to strengthen its sovereignty and accelerate the transition toward a circular, low-carbon economy.

At Alkaline Technologies, this is exactly what we are building with our partners at Dipartimento di Scienze della Terra Università di Torino and Politecnico di Torino.

We are pioneering the combination of advanced metal recovery and accelerated CO₂ mineralization for alkaline wastes.

🚀 Milestone for the team:

We’ve just commissioned our Falcon L40 centrifugal concentrator and are already producing high-grade polymetallic concentrates from complex waste streams (ashes & slags).

→ 250 L/h feed capacity

→ Processing down to <2 mm, including ultrafines <0.1 mm

And the best part? The entire setup cost us ~€9k.
